Top 10 Best Nerf Guns of All Time

!±8± Top 10 Best Nerf Guns of All Time

Nerf products have been around for about forty years, providing a lot of fun without too much damage. Starting with foam balls, they have since spent years improving and expanding their product selections. The top ten Nerf guns are a mix of those that have been around since the beginning and those that are around today.

In 1991, the first Nerf gun, a bow-and-arrow type, could shoot a foam arrow sixty feet, one of the farthest shooting weapons the company has made. The Nerf Ballzooka, released in 1994, can shoot fifteen balls in less than six seconds. In 1995 the Nerf Crossbow was the first weapon that could shoot two kinds of ammo, both arrows and darts. The Nerf SuperMAX 3000, released in 1997, this blaster has an automatic rotating chamber that can shoot eight arrows fifty feet. In 1998 Nerf made the Nerf Lock 'n' Load, a little single shot gun with a fifty foot range. 1999 saw the release of the Nerf PowerClip DX 1000. Using pump action the gun can shoot Nerf darts seventy-eight feet. The Nerf N-Strike Unity Power System was released in 2004. Heavily influenced by real weaponry, it is noted for its versatility. It can shoot three types of ammo and can also be disassembled and used as three separate guns. The revolver style Nerf N-Strike Maverick, released in 2006, is considered Nerf's best selling blaster of all time, shooting six darts as fast as you can pump. The Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25 was released in 2008 and is the biggest, most powerful gun they ever made. Its twenty-five dart clip can be unloaded in less than ten seconds. The newest Nerf gun, to be released this Fall, is the Nerf N-Strike Raider Rapid Fire CS 35 Blaster. With a thirty-five dart cache, it will have the highest capacity of all Nerf guns.

Buy Nerf Guns By The Lot to Save A Lot

!±8± Buy Nerf Guns By The Lot to Save A Lot

So many people think the only way to get a great deal on a Nerf blaster is to wait for a sale to take place. Sure, every year or so when Nerf releases new Nerf guns, they discount their older blasters and offer up some cheaper value packages.

This year they are adding twice the darts to older blasters like the Recon, Maverick, Raider, and Vulcan. While buying one of their value packages can make for a good deal, there is one other great way to save much more by spending much less.

While buying used Nerf guns may not seem that glamorous to you right now, I can assure you that after you see the deals that are being had you will change your mind. Every day dozens of used lots are sold for super cheap. I'm not talking about the kind of cheap you find at a sale in Wal-Mart, I'm talking the kind of cheap that gets you 10 toy blasters for the price of 1.

Why buy a brand new Vulcan EBF-25 for , when you could find one in one big package along with 5 other blasters for the same price? The best part is, even though it may be used, it works perfectly. That's just one example of the many deals you can find when finding a Nerf gun lot for sale instead of buying new. There are plenty of other great deals to be had, but of course, finding them is half the battle.

Nerf Gun Accessories - N-Strike Flip Clip Connector

!±8± Nerf Gun Accessories - N-Strike Flip Clip Connector

The Flip Clip is new from Nerf as of 2009. It solves the issue of running out of ammo by allowing the user to increase the amount of ammo they can carry.

This simple and effective Nerf gun accessory allows you to connect 2 of your N-Strike clips together. These ammo holders come standard with each of the N-Strike blasters that use a clip; such as the Longshot, Recon, Longstrike and Deploy.

The product itself is extremely simple to use. When you want to combine 2 of your clips you insert them into the 2 ends of the flip clip. The ammo clips snap into place to form a long 12 round clip.

What makes this product so handy, is now you can carry much more ammo than ever before. While some blasters like the new Longstrike and Recon have slots on the stock for housing spare clips, sometimes even that isn't enough.

When you need to hold more ammo, the Flip Clip is it. It retails for under . Each package comes with 2 ammo clips, a good bit of Nerf darts, and of course the connector piece.

Before this nifty product came out, Nerfers resorted to crafting their own higher capacity ammo clips. What many did was come up with their own ways to combine multiple clips together. Some ideas consisted of sawing off the bottom of one clip, removing the insides and connecting it to the top of another clip.

The good news is, with the Flip Clip, you won't have to hack your clips anymore.

Nerf Nite Finder EX-3 - It Has James Bond Filled With Envy

!±8± Nerf Nite Finder EX-3 - It Has James Bond Filled With Envy

Nerf Nite Finder doesn't just redefine Nerf gun play, it takes it to a new level. This Nerf gun has some significantly new additions and features that set this gun apart and make it different than other traditional ones.

What truly sets it apart from the rest? Well the scope and laser for one. Read on to learn more about this fun foam dart blaster and why it's a great addition to any Nerf collection.

Other features you can find on it include a great scope that allows for laser precision accuracy when shooting your targets and the gun also delivers a very hard hitting foam dart straight on target. Nerf guns are powered by air and the darts are foam and light weight so there's no concern for injury but trust me when I say, this one in particular packs a punch. Furthermore, it is great for any battle where accuracy is important and long distant can make or break you.

Another great advantage of getting one of these is the price. It's very inexpensive and can be found just about anywhere toys are sold, allowing you to get into big-game battles across a college campus, in the office, or with close friends in your basement. It's one of the cheaper options out there since it isn't a rapid fire gun and doesn't come with a lot of darts.

If you want extra darts you can also purchase them in bulk separately. They tend to get lost after a few weeks unless you keep good track of them, so it is always a good idea to have a couple dozen extra stashed away.

In conclusion, the main feature of this gun is definitely its laser sight that is extremely accurate, but another added advantage is its size, which makes it extremely portable and great tool for in depth battles.
